1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must not be worn, used, washed, or damaged.

  • The item must remain unopened and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, boxes, and protective wrapping).

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse your return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased using a discount code or promotional offer

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged by improper use or handling after delivery

  • Opened or partially used products


3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet the conditions above, the product will be sent back to you without a refund.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
